Yes that is Cutty!!! I fear for his character considering what happens to him in the comic book. Since the actress who plays sasha is going to be on Once Upon A Time, I fear for her character as well. Black folks do not fare well on this series at all.

Isn't that Chad Coleman from "The Wire"? I also saw him in a cool indie film called "Life Love Soul".
