"Undefeated" Wins Audience Doc Favorite Award at Chicago International Film Fest

The football documentary Undefeated about the Memphis Manassas Tigers high school football team, a severely underfunded and underprivileged football whose fortunes reverse thanks to coach Bill Courtney, was named the Audience Choice Award for Best Documentary Feature at this month's Chicago International Film Festival.

The film was picked up for theatrical release by The Weinstein Company and is scheduled to open on February 10th 2012.

    I screened this film at CIFF and cried like a baby 4 times, so glad it won the audience favorite doc award!
