Viola Davis and Jennifer Lopez shoot "Lila & Eve"

In the video clip below, Viola Davis and Jennifer Lopez talk their upcoming feature Lila and Eve, which Charles Stone III ((DrumlinePaid in FullMr. 3000Crazy, Sexy, Cool: The TLC Story) is directing.

The story, described as "Thelma & Louise meets Fight Club," will follow two distraught mothers who team up to avenge the death of their children after authorities are unable to find their murderers.

Yolonda Ross  and Aml Ameen are also in the cast, playing a member of a “Mothers of Lost Children” support group, which helps women who have lost children to violence, and Viola Davis' son.

ChickFlick Productions and JuVee Productions are producers on the film - JuVee Productions is Viola Davis' production company, which she co-founded with her husband Julius Tennon.

Production for the film started last month, with a late 2014/early 2015 release date eyed.

You'll recall when Davis launched JuVee Productions a couple of years ago, with the intent being to create and produce projects for herself, which is essentially what she's likely doing here.

With a description like the above ("Thelma & Louise meets Fight Club"), and how tough they both look in the above on-set photo, this should be interesting.

Watch the pair on set chat about the project below with Entertainment Tonight:

Let's stop creating "drama" between women. Very happy to see tow women of color leading a film!

This sounds like "Won't Back down."

This sounds nothing like Fight Club at all
