About That Popular 'Black Films Don't Sell ...Vote For Your 10 Favorite Focus Features Films ("Talk To Me" Made The Cut)

That's the headline for a Focus Features poll on the studio mini's Facebook page this morning.
I was about to start checking away, scrolling down the list looking for Pariah, and it wasn't on the list of films to choose from, which surprised me.
Not sure what their criteria was in coming up with the selections though.
Talk To Me is on the list; however, I'd put Pariah above Talk To Me. It's just a better overall, more complete film than Kasi Lemmons' pic.
If you'd like to participate in their poll, head over to the company's Facebook page HERE. Thus far Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind has received the most votes at about 11%; no surprise, Talk To Me is near the bottom, with less than 1% of total votes.

"Something New" isn't listed. That's in my top for Focus Features, along w/ "Talk To Me", "Far From Heaven" "Babies".

Pariah was not a "better" or "more complete" film than Talk to Me.
