For The Love Of Movies... Can We Talk?Watch Cory Hardrict In Trailer For Apocalyptic Thriller 'The Day'
Cory Hardrict co-stars alongside Shawn Ashmore, Ashley Bell, Michael Eklund, Dominic Monaghan, and Shannyn Sossamon in this sci-fi thriller from director Douglas Aarniokoski, titled The Day - a film that was actually shot in 2010, and will finally be released Stateside, in theaters, on August 29.
What's it about? Here's its synopsis:
A group of five survivors, armed with shotguns, axes and machetes, wander the back roads of a ravaged landscape looking for refuge in The Day, a terrifying look into a post-apocalyptic future. As war ravages humanity, destroying civilization and most of life on earth, the survivors realize they must do whatever it takes to stay alive. Lost, starving, and exhausted, they seek shelter in a seemingly safe abandoned farmhouse. However, while searching for food and resources, they unwittingly set off a trap signaling to their ruthless predators lying in wait to begin their deadly attack. With food and ammunition dwindling, the group must make a desperate final stand--over a 24 hour period--battling for their ultimate survival.
Of course, Hardrict is one of the 5 survivors.
The 32-year-old Hardrict has managed to stay busy since first bursting onto the scene in the late 1990s; most recently, you would have seen him in last year's Battle: Los Angeles.

I went to high school with this guy he scored 56pts in a game once broke the school record, cried when he hurt his knee the NBA was all him, he lost his mom and brother I remember I hope he makes it big one day keep it up bro 1 luv! #Southside

He needs to keep riding the "attractive train" for as long as he can because he is a GOD awful actor. Am I the only one who sees
this? I'm all for black actors getting their shot but I would prefer it if their roles went to a black actor who could, hmm......I don't know......ACT!
