Jackson & Lewis

From Pierre M. Coleman comes a new web series titled Jackson & Lewis.

Synopsis:

A new comedy web series that follows two contract killers, Jackson and Lewis, who share a dysfunctional but functional relationship. They are at the top of their game until Jackson suffers short-term memory loss from an accident. Their missions become a series of unfortunate events that are filled with mayhem and mishaps. They hire a cameraman to follow them every step of the way.

So it has a little bit of Man Bites Dog in it I guess.

Omar Scroggins and Dee Martin star as the two profile contract killers .
Episode 1 is embedded below. If you like what you see and would like to follow, find the series on Facebook: www.facebook.com/JacksonandLewis; or on YouTube: www.youtube.com/JacksonandLewis:

Even if they had not explicitly mentioned Martin and Will and hadn't named the episode "Bad Boys", the influence is obvious. It's actually too much like the film, and the camera is shaking way too much. Use the film as inspiration, but don't copy it too closely.

I hate to nit-pick but why would two hitmen hire a cameraman to follow them around???
Also, and this is just a pet peeve, but I hate when characters talk directly to camera, especially to explain who they are and what they think. It`s the height of laziness.

I mentioned the fourth wall issue on another web series post, and people jumped on me. LOL
