Today's Short Shout is a black & white silent piece from director Devin Cain, titled My Escape With Biko The Balloon Deity, which centers on "a troubled girl who runs away with a Balloon God."

Wonderfully offbeat. Quirky. Eerie. Original. The low quality film also adds to it's charm and is a stylish and cheap option for a film student like myself.
