About That Popular 'Black Films Don't Sell ...Watch New Clip For "Joyful Noise" (Queen Latifah, Keke Palmer)
Warner Brothers has just released a new clip for the upcoming musical comedy Joyful Noise. Filmed in Georgia and written/directed by Todd Graff, the film tells the story of a "small town choir out to win a national competition despite overwhelming odds. A story of faith and determination by the choir leaders (Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton) and the young talent who give their all to win god's praise and beat the competition for the grand prize."
Co-starring Dolly Parton, Keke Palmer, Jesse L. Martin, Courney B. Vance, the film hits theaters January 13th, 2012
I'll be skipping this one; but for those of you who are fans of this film genre and/or the cast, check it out. :)
