Almost Human

Here's profile of Michael Ealy's android character in the upcoming new FOX futuristic thriller, Almost Human, from Fringe executive producer, writer, director and showrunner, J.H. Wyman, as well as creator J.J. Abrams.

Ealy co-stars alongside Karl Urban in a series described as an action-packed buddy cop show set in the near future, where all LAPD officers are partnered with highly evolved human-like androids.

Ealy plays a character named Dorian, the android partner of LAPD officer John Kennex (Karl Urban), who understands humanity more than his human counterpart. Meanwhile, Mekia Cox plays Kennex's ex-lover.

In the newly-released video below from FOX, audiences get a behind-the-scenes at Dorian and what makes him tick.

Brad Anderson, who just directed Halle Berry in The Call, directed and co-exec produced the pilot for a series that will premiere November 4 at 8pm.

Micheal E is very novel yet in-character. Keith U acts like he's channeling Harrison Ford. Needs to find 'himself'.
