Check out this first-look preview of ASPiRE's upcoming new talk show, Exhale, which will be hosted by Angela Burt-MurrayErin Jackson, Issa RaeMalinda Williams and Rene Syler.

Exhale, which is ASPiRE’s 3rd original series, is directed by Victoria Mahoney, and produced by Lynne Robinson and Black Robin Media.

An 8-episode first run is set to debut on June 27 at 8pm.

We are thrilled to add ‘Exhale’ to our lineup of original programming,” said the ASPiRE GM Paul Butler. “This fresh, hip and candid new series will enlighten audiences with its broad range of topics relevant to the community.”

ASPiRE, launched in June 2012, was selected by Comcast from among over 100 candidates as one of four new minority-owned independent TV networks, and expectations are that the new network will be available in 20 to 30 million homes by the end of this year.

My cable TV provider unfortunately doesn't carry ASPiRE, so I won't be able to watch this new series as it airs. Although I expect episodes will likely be made available online after each TV broadcast.

It looks like they need a studio audience. The conversations look great but this could fall flat if the atmosphere and set is not right. I love the people they selected though! Very refreshing. Good luck to these ladies.

Angela Burt-Murray though? Didn't she do enough damage at Essence.

It looks refreshingly good. I mean its nice to see a panel of black women not clucking and ducking. So I'm. Cheers!
