Here's the trailer for the highly anticipated ensemble-cast drama On The Road, penned by Jose Rivera based on the seminal novel of the same name written by Jack Kerousac.

Besides Terrence Howard in a small role, the film, directed by Walter Salles and produced by Francis Ford Coppolla, stars Garrett Hedlund, Sam Riley, Tom Sturridge, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Kirsten Stewart, Kristen Dunst and others.

The synopsis reads, "Dean and Sal are the portrait of the Beat Generation. Their search for "It" results in a fast paced, energetic roller coaster ride with highs and lows throughout the U.S"

The film is expected to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival this year.

Interesting they don't even have Terrence Howard listed in the credit at the end of this trailer. Oh Lawd!

Seems like an answer to Into the Wild...
Thanks for keeping us posted on this!
Because we all know black people had a much heavier influence
in the Beat scene in New York than a lone Saxophone player...
