The film takes place "seven years after a police raid gone wrong, a detective (Gilliard) and son Junior (Cameron Garrison) are confronted with the consequence of his past mistake. An ex-con (Dupree), recently released from prison after a term of wrongful imprisonment, revenge-seeking con re-enters the detective's life with a sinister and unexpected plan to exact justice on his own terms."
The film, which, according to Dupree, was shot in two days on the 20th Century Fox lot, has been screened at numerous film festivals, including Urbanworld, the San Francisco Black film Festival, the Pan African Film Festival and the Martha's Vineyard African-American Film Festival among several others.
The film has also won some 8 awards including Best Drama Short at the Detroit Windsor International Film Festival, the Philadelphia First Glance Film Festival and the San Diego Black Film Festival, the Audience Favorite award at the DC Shorts Film festival and Best Lead Actor award for Larry Gilliard Jr. at the San Diego Black Film Festival among others.
