Yeezus Film

Kanye West posted a trailer for what looks like an upcoming Yeezus concert film on his official site today, along with the words, in all caps:

YEEZUS FILM DIRECTED BY HYPE WILLIAMS COMING TO THEATERS

Nothing else. Not even a release date.

The teaser flashes footage from West's Yeezus tour - which I'd guess those who attended live, would be familiar with - intercut with seemingly random non-concert shorts (like horses galloping through some snow covered land, for example). I'm sure it all means something, because Kanye West is so deep.

But with Hype Williams directing it, I'm sure it'll, at least, be colorful, literally and figuratively. The pair (Williams and West) have worked together previously, by the way.

As we wait to learn more about what this Yeezus film will contain, watch the trailer below:

I'm not a Kanye West fan, but I would see a full feature film directed by him.

I would not see another movie directed by Hype Williams.

I thought we already decided that movies are not his "thing"?
