Well, D-day is fast approaching. Alex Cross opens this Friday. And, to some surprise, it'll be screened for the press before it opens - a rare occurence for a movie starring Tyler Perry; although this one he didn't write or direct. I'll be seeing it tomorrow night, in fact! My curiosity will be quenched finally, and of course I'll share my thoughts on it on Friday (that's the earliest we're allowed to post our reviews).
The film, which features a supporting cast of rather solid actors in Cicely Tyson, Giancarlo Esposito, Matthew Fox, Ed Burns, and others, is rated PG13 by the MPAA.
Summit Entertainment has released 5 new clips fromr the film, showing Tyler Perry in action.

Did Ms. Tyson just give away a spoiler in the first clip?

I would say for sure the clips look good and his acting was on point. So cut the guy some slack. if he stays in this lane he will always get my support and respect
