Directed by Matt Dunnerstick, The Custom Mary, stars Alicia Sixtos and James Jolly. The film, produced by Becky Wang, will be featured at the 2011 New York International Latino Film Festival, going on next month from August 15th through August 21st.

The film's synopsis is: "A young Latina in East Los Angeles meets an African-American Lowrider, and struggles to reconcile her faith and blossoming love affair while becoming dangerously involved in a religious attempt to clone Jesus."
