About That Popular 'Black Films Don't Sell ...Watch Trailer For Alicia Keys' Directing Debut In "Five"
Alicia Keys makes her directing debut with the segment "Lili" in the Lifetime Channel TV movie Five premiering on the network October 10. The film, which is made of of five short film all by different directors, chronicles the struggles of five different women dealing with the devastating news that they have breast cancer.
Among Keys the other directors of the other segments are Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, Patty Jenkins and Penelope Spheeris. and among the actors in the film are Patricia Clarkson, Rosario Dawson, Ginnifer Goodwin, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jennifer Morrison, Kathy Najimy, Bob Newhart, Jenifer Lewis, Tony Shalhoub, Jeffrey Tambor and Jeanne Tripplehorn.
