About That Popular 'Black Films Don't Sell ...WE TV Renews "Mary Mary" For A Second Season
From what I gather the show is a refreshing alternative to the usual buffoonish, crazy and violent shenanigans on other reality shows involving black women such as Real Housewives of Altanta and Basketball Wives.
In other words Mary Mary is about two ordinary black women trying to balance a life a career and a family without any scripted manufactured drama. You know, a reality show about black people acting like real people.
Anyway if you're fan you'll be happy to konw that the network has renewed the show for a second season for 10 episodes to start taping later this fall for broadcast early in 2013
Accoredidng to the network, the second season will cover "the birth of Tina's fifth child, their latest album release, a cross-country album tour and countless appearences and events all while balancing their busy growing families."

I watch the Braxtons and Leave it to Niecy and now this show. I also watch RHOA... LOL But congrats to them. In spite of being Gospel superstars they do seem very down to earth...even when the cameras are rolling. :-)

They are interesting to watch especially their wardrobes.
