ADIFF Submit

Submissions are now open for the 22nd annual African Diaspora International Film Festival, which will run from November 24 to December 14, 2014.

The call specifically invites women of color filmmakers from around the world, with feature length narrative or documentary films, to compete for the Public Award for the Best Film Directed by a Woman of Color. The winner receives a $1,000 cash award, as well as a plaque. 

The deadline for submission is Sunday, August 31, and there is NO ENTRY FEE! 

Films submitted must be New York premieres.

Accepted filmmakers will be notified by October 31.

To submit your film, complete an online entry form at and send in with a screener for your film. All physical materials must be clearly labeled with the name of the film and the person submitting.
