My back is feeling a little better, but still aches in a seated position. As I write this, I’m hurting. Will have to spend another day flat on my back although I expect some visitors to stop by later. Had to bail on the Cyclones baseball game I had planned to go to today. Really bummed. What could be better than watching a game with friends at Coney Island?
