There really hasn’t been much to report as to “progress”. With the “fundraiser” cut together, we’ve been writing and rewriting our proposal in preparation to submit for production/finishing funds.
Within these last 3 weeks, some highlights include: a wonderfully tasting Thanksgiving dinner with a great mixture of friends followed by board games at Amanda and Bo’s place in the Slope, the indieWIRE/Kodak Gotham Awards party which put us closer in the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon Game (thanks Brian and iPOP), the AIVF Holiday party, our good friend Kyra Kverno’s birthday party (sounds like a lot of parties, but I did say highlights) and a frenetic search for an apartment which is ongoing, but now, without so much pressure (long story about a fickle landlord and his attempt to jack our rent).
Next will be our long overdue Christmas vacation to St. Augustine to visit family. Catsitting in Brooklyn anyone?
