During the Berlinale, this is the spot where protests are most visible to visitors.  This year it was The Rainbow Flame with the slogan "Love is not for propaganda.  Enough is Enough".

With the full text of the legislative amendments on the "propaganda of non traditional sexual relationships" article 5 of the Russian Federation Federal Law exempting non-traditional sexual relationships from all forms of legal protection under the law.  The brochure says, "President Putin has signed a law forbidding people from even mentioning homosexuality in a neutral or positive manner...stop homophobia, open your mouth...go to www.open-your-mouth.eu
