Profile : Veteran foreign sales executive Glen Basner launched FilmNation Entertainment in 2008. FilmNation is an international sales and distribution company with a production arm run by Aaron Ryder. Serving as the exclusive international sales agent for Media Rights Capital (MRC) and Samuels Media Group, the Company has also signed a non-exclusive multi-picture deal with Endgame Entertainment and is in negotiations with several other high profile companies. Prior to forming FilmNation, Basner served as President, International for The Weinstein Company (TWC) and as Executive Vice President, International Sales & Distribution at Focus Features. Prior to joining FilmNation, Ryder produced such films as “Memento”, “Donnie Darko”, “The Prestige”, “Hamlet 2”, “My One and Only”. The company is currently in post-production with House at the End of the Street, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Elisabeth Shue.
