LatinoBuzz: Los Cabos Film Festival 2014 Mexico-USA-Canada Co-production Forum

This year the Los Cabos International Film Festival will be holding the first Mexico-USA-Canada Co-production Forum during the framework of its third edition, celebrated at Cabo San Lucas November 11th-16th, 2014. This unique forum will granting a USD $8,000 award to the winner. The Festival continues to support a platform to contribute to the development and consolidation of the film industry throughout North America.

Twelve projects in development stage will be selected (four per participating country) to take part in this event. Each film’s representatives will have access to a series of one-on-one meetings with renowned members of the international film industry, and potential co-producers participating in the Festival.

Additionally, the four selected Mexican projects will have the opportunity to be invited to its ally’s co-production forums: Tribeca Film Institute, Strategic Partners, Moscow Business Square and DocsDF.
