NUOC (2030) by Nghiem-Minh Nguyen-Vo

Known for specializing in the distribution of renowned short films, Parisian International Sales Company Premium Films started working on feature films in 2011. This year they have a unique film playing at this year's Berlinale.

Directed by Nghiem-Minh Nguyen-Vo, NUOC (2030) tells a story that takes place in a near future Vietnam where global warming and rising seawater levels have forced cultivation to be done on floating farms, a strong-willed woman has to make a critical decision about her ex-lover, a suspect of her husband’s murder.

The Film screens at the Berlinale on the following dates:
