In case you missed it last night, as I did to watch the return of Daily & Colbert. EW.com reviewed the returns today and they were spot on. Stewart had some moments, and I too reveled in the fact that someone on TV was pointing out that Mike Huckabee is as big an idiot as he actually is, but Colbert stole the night. Though neither of them seem happy being back in this kind of arrangement, their commentary is a necessary part of this election year. Im all for the WGA's wants and needs, but an award season without the Golden Globes and an election year without Colbert & Stewart is just not acceptable.
