Having creative friends always brings moments where you have to judge their work without offending them, or give advice frankly but somehow without being too harsh. The worst part is you have to run away at the end of the play, exhibition, or after listening to their very first demo. But that's not the case with my friends behind The Golden Tribe. I've been listening to their their first EP "Creatura" (which came out last week), and it's a electric trip into a world of sounds. released on november 7th. It is actually a very complete EP with 7 well put together tracks. Their music is directly influenced by some well known bands like Gorillaz, MGMT and the Beach Boys. Their primal and psychedelic music video ( strongly inspired by the aesthetics of 1980’s music videos) "With Time" is also pretty fun to watch... Enjoy ! You'll like them if you like: MGMT, of Montreal, Hot Chip What to wear while listening to that song: A long bathrobe What to do while listening to that song: Watching TV on mute. What to eat while listening to that song: Cold Pizza

Just in case you were wondering. That's 48,797 people (a number that will rise with final counts). And that's despite her name only being on the ballots in a couple of states. In California, she had 36,914 voters -- or 0.4% of the vote.

While nothing special relative to Sarah Silverman's brilliant anti-Mitt PSAs, Cher and Kathy Griffin are pretty adorable in this last minute attempt to stop the Republicans:

Song of the Week: Susanne Sundfør's 'White Foxes'

After 10 days straight of my roommate singing this song every minute she possibly could, it was now obvious for me to share this one with you (since it's been stuck in my head for so long, it's kind of a way for me to get rid of it). You'll probably not like it that much on first listen -- Susanne Sundfør has a very high pitch voice, strong and fragile in a way that can easily get on your nerves if you don't like those kind of singers -- but trust me, after three or four listens, you'll be stuck with it and it's gonna become your new experimental shower song.

The 5 Best Songs From Mercury Prize Winners Alt-J

Alt-J's album "An Awesome Wave" just followed in the footsteps of Pulp, Portishead, PJ Harvey, Antony and the Johnsons, Franz Ferdinand and The xx (among others) to take home this year's Mercury Prize for the year's best album in the UK and Ireland. And deservedly so. I've been obsessed with it since given the introduction back in August, heightened a month by what is clearly never happening again: Seeing them for $12 in a tiny venue in Montreal.

OK, so Daniel Radcliffe is really playing the younger version of Jon Hamm in "A Young Doctor's Notebook" - an adaptation of the short stories of Mikhail Bulgakov, heading to British TV in December. But hey - it's not December yet! So for those who prefer to see this as a bizarre and apparently not very comfortable bathroom liaison between the boy wizard and the advertising supremo, your moment has come.
