I might as well just lay it on the line, even if I still feel remarkably unconfident about two categories in particular - best picture and best original screenplay. Here are my final predictions and a bit of analysis, and please don't judge how safe I played it across the board. But to adopt a little game from Sasha Stone over at AwardsDaily.com, here's five "no guts, no glory" predictions (aka predictions you'd never risk making officially but that somewhere inside you feel there's some slight possibility):
Gabourey Sidibe for best actress.
"In The Loop" for best adapted screenplay.
"Fantastic Mr. Fox" for best animated feature.
"Food, Inc." for best documentary.
"Bright Star" for best costume design.
