God of Love
In recognition of St. Valentine’s Day, here—again—is the trailer for last year’s Academy Award-winning live action short film God of Love, which was written and directed by Luke Matheny and produced by Gigi Dement, Stephen Dypiangco, Ryan Silbert and Stefanie Walmsley.
In the film, which stars Matheny, Marian Brock and Christopher Hirsh, a love-struck, lounge-singing darts champion (Matheny) finds his prayers are answered—literally—when he mysteriously receives a box of love-inducing darts. It’s the perfect Valentine’s Day short film.
Also check out Matheny’s acceptance speech from last year’s Oscars (which won't embed but watch it here). It was arguably the best and funniest speech of the night!
