So in the days leading up to heading to Europe, my spare time is essentially being completely devoted to organizing photocopies from 16 years of 1970s/1980s Canadian gay magazine The Body Politic for a non-indieWIRE project I'm working on. There's pretty amazing stuff in there, whether pertinent to my project or not. So I figured I'd share some of the latter examples here. First up, a hilarious spoof of the Toronto Transit Commission's Metropass ads circa 1983. "All the ttc rides - and riders - you can get in a month":
