Unknown Mortal Orchestra is a pretty recent discovery of mine... they opened for Grizzly Bear a few weeks back in Montreal, which is where they initially caught my ear. Their whole album works as a kind of psychedelic pop rock and I would suggest to listen to it fully. Every day you will love each songs a little bit more, and every week you'll have a new favourite one. But I suggest "Ffunny Ffrends" as your ffirst ffavourite:

Just an FYI: The band has been playing together since 2010 and they're from Portland, Oregon -- except the singer who is from New Zealand. Their debut self-titled album was released June 2011, and they are working on a second album that will be out on February 5th. Tour dates here.
