Not really. But in one of the best television promos in recent memory, the eighth season of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" is pimped out via a fake ad suggesting Osment -- as well as Xhibit and Candace Cameron of "Full House" fame, among others -- have replaced the show's entire cast.

In 2004, John Cameron Mitchell met Jonsi -- the queer singer of Sigur Rós -- and took him to his very first drag show, Suppositori Spelling in San Francisco. Mitchell said that Jonsi says it remains his "best drag show." The experience was essentially the genesis of the below short film, which was co-written by Mitchell and directed and animated by Dash Shaw (whose work is also featured in Mitchell's "Rabbit Hole").

I was pretty blown away by "Peaches Does Herself," the transsexual rock opera/concert film written, directed and starring Peaches. A semi-autobiographical adaptation of her stage show, it features 22 of her songs (including "Shake Yer Dix," "Fuck The Pain Away" and "Lovertits") brought to incredible life via innovative, jaw-dropping performances. More on the film here, but check out this video from the rowdy, hilarious Q&A, and pay attention at 2:18 or so when Peaches cleverly disses Lady Gaga to huge audience applause:

As this blog has most definitely made clear over the years, I have a thing for Winona Ryder. The accidental beard of my boyhood, I was borderline (alright, beyond borderline) obsessed for a good decade. So you can only imagine the opportunity to interview her earlier this week in Toronto (where she's promoting "The Iceman") was a cherished one. For nearly 18 minutes, I actively avoided a heart attack while Winona's intense, beautiful eyes stared back into mine as I anxiously went through my questions (though she seemed pretty anxious herself... Soul mates!)
