There has been a lot of excellent criticism and discussion elsewhere on the Invisible Children Kony campaign, which I won't add to here.
But this video - by always entertainingly subversive British journalist Charlie Brooker - is definitely worth watching, if only for the utterly insane clips it shows of Invisible Children's previous campaign videos.
I'm not fundamentally opposed to emotionally manipulative tactics in campaign videos - better that we see and process the tactics on screen, I always feel. But these videos cast Invisible Children's project in a totally different and frankly terrifying light.
