Quickly making a considerable name for himself as the music video director du jour (most notably with M.I.A.'s "Bad Girls"), Romain Gavras (son of filmmaker Costa-Gavras) has outdone himself with this intense, timely, and beautifully shot video for Jay-Z and Kanye West's hypnotic "No Church In The Wild." Shot in the streets of Prague, the video depicts a war between rioters and police -- with sympathies clearly directed at the former. Watch (and then likely watch again):
