With the multiplex offerings currently a dismal state of affairs, there's no better time than right now than to stay in. Over on HBO, they've got "Girls" and "True Detective" killing it, NBC brings "Hannibal" back next month, Channel 4 drops their Danny Boyle pilot "Babylon" in a few weeks and Sundance Channel unveils "The Red Road" in February. But of course, we can't forget about Netflix's "House Of Cards," with the entire second season dropping like it's hot very soon.

With the multiplex offerings currently a dismal state of affairs, there's no better time to stay in.

To give you a further tease of what's to come, the studio has dropped fifteen new images from the batch of forthcoming episodes. Kevin Spacey is back of course as the scheming Frank Underwood, and now he's got the Vice President's chair, and with great power comes...not quite responsibility, but the quest to hold on to that power. Robin Wright, Kate Mara, Constance Zimmer, Michael Kelly and more will be returning, but RIP Corey Stoll, one of the most heartbreaking losses from season one.

"House Of Cards" season 2 kicks off on Valentine's Day. How romantic. New images below.
