10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesWarner Bros. has just dropped a crate full of photos from the new movie, and yeah, those fedoras, slick jackets, and glammed out dresses look pretty hot. The film, which is positioning itself as this generation's "The Untouchables" or "The Godfather" is certainly having fun with period details, and why not when you have the sexy shoulders of Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Josh Brolin, Anthony Mackie and more to hang it off of?
Take a look below and see "Gangster Squad" when it goes goes on patrol starting January 11, 2013.

I just read a review on IMDB from an early screening the other night and apparently it's flat out weak. Other than Josh Brolin the actors aren't cast well and the film felt like a generic mash-up of L.A. Confidential, The Untouchables and Dick Tracy. Too bad, it could have been badass. Initially I had high hopes for this one, but now I don't care. Well, it's directed by Ruben Fleischer, hardly up there with Scorsese, Mann, Tarantino... The trailer didn't even look promising. Thank God that Bryan Cranston chose Argo over this.

Totally forgot this movie existed. This is going to flop hard. Gosling and Stone are so miscast and out of place here.
