So, here's a news update about a Black List script and two sequels, which seems to be an accurate ratio of what kind of movies are made in Hollywood. So let's just get right to it.

Girls
At 27 years old, Lena Dunham still has a long, bright future ahead of her, but she's certainly accomplished quite a bit already. Her feature "Tiny Furniture" brought her to the attention of Hollywood and landed on The Criterion Collection (to the hand-wringing consternation of certain segments of pocket protector cinephiles), and her HBO show "Girls" continues to anchor the network's Sunday night, with the third season winding down and a fourth already ordered. And despite Dunham's fearlessness in the front of the camera, she's already contemplating staying behind the lens and calling the shots.

Explorers Something Wicked This Way Comes
Despite being a bit of a flop in North America, the moderate worldwide success of this year’s “RoboCop” remake has apparently proven to Hollywood that redos of ‘80s movies are profitable. They may not be breaking the bank, but they’re definitely putting more cash into these studios’ wallets. So, why not make more of them, right?

Though “Boardwalk Empire” has only one season left in the tank, hopefully, fans of the show can find solace in the fact that the Martin Scorsese/Terence Winter rock ‘n’ roll pilot for HBO is still moving forward. Olivia Wilde and Juno Temple have most recently joined the cast as the pilot is set to begin production this summer.

All Is By My Side
The story goes that before Jimi Hendrix electrified audiences with his game-changing approach to rock 'n roll and blues, coupled with this flamboyant, jaw-dropping guitar technique, he was just another musician trying to pay the bills on the R&B circuit. Until one day, he was spotted by Linda Keith—girlfriend of someone you might have heard of named Keith Richards—at the Cheetah Club in New York, and putting Hendrix in touch with the right people, he was quickly launched to superstardom. And it's a good story, with a rise-to-fame narrative, famous faces and presumably, memorable songs. Yet, somehow, in Oscar winning "12 Years Slave" scribe John Ridley's film "All Is By My Side," which he wrote and directed, we get very little understanding of the artistry and ambition that would see one among a number of guitarists hustling for a dollar, become one of the most influential rock 'n roll musicians of all time.

The Grand Budapest Hotel
As the ornate narratives of Wes Anderson’s films threaten more and more to burst from the frame entirely, Fox Searchlight have since satisfied the need for deserved bonus content. “Hotel Chevalier” and the animated shorts from “Moonrise Kingdom” found different purposes when it came to referencing their feature counterparts, but a new short released with “The Grand Budapest Hotel” is delightful and informative in equal measure.

Kevin Feige's job not only requires him to ensure that the current crop of Marvel movies make it to the big screen the way the studio wants, but he also has to keep an eye on how things are developing on projects years off in the distance. And part of that means trying to stay a step ahead of the competition who are quickly moving to copy the Marvel playbook. One of the big showdowns on the calendar arrives on May 5, 2016 when Warner Bros. will drop their "Man Of Steel" sequel opposite an as-yet-unannounced Marvel movie. But if someone is going to blink and move, it won't be Feige.

And we have the exclusive trailer for the scare flick you might want to keep an eye out for.

Sabotage
It's been a while since we've been able to go see an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie without having to drape ourselves in irony and wear our boots of nostalgia. But thankfully, "Sabotage" looks straight up legit—a pulpy B-movie that is firmly wearing its R-rating, and a new trailer is here to prove to you that Arnie has still got it.
