Shot quite a while back, and originally slated to be released last fall, the action thriller "The Expatriate" is finally coming, with a new, even more generic title: "Erased." At least they both begin with E, right? Anyway, if "The Bourne Legacy" left you hankering for another similarly styled, but Hydrox version of the movie, well, here's your chems.

So, concept is simple: the White House comes under attack and a Secret Service agent (or a former Secret Service agent) needs to come in, knock heads and save the day. And it seems this idea was good enough to spawn two rival movies that are racing to win audiences: "White House Down" and "Olympus Has Fallen." White House Exhausted yet?

By now you've likely or hopefully heard of not only Dennis Wilson -- the drummer of the Beach Boys and a talented and unique musician in his own right -- but the film biopic based on his life called "The Drummer."

At the end of last year, director Randall Miller and writer Jody Savin -- the duo behind the 2008 wine world comedy “Bottle Shock” -- announced they had begun development on two music centered movies. The first was an untitled film about the early days of American punk rock centered around the famed club CBGBs, while the other was “The Drummer: The Story of Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys," which should be fairly self explanatory. The plan was for the CBGBs to go in front of the cameras first over the summer, but as things usually go in Hollywood, plans change and it now looks like the latter movie will gear up instead.

While some actors take great care in how they appear on screen, shying away from roles in which their faces may be disfigured or seen in a less than glamorous light, don't try and sell that philosophy to Aaron Eckhart. The actor had no hesitation in watching half his face get eaten away in "The Dark Knight" and how he's set to take another big league role in a film that won't exactly let his chiseled features shine.

Two first looks at what are upcoming B-movies? Hard to say, you be the judge. The first is the action thriller "The Expatriate" starring Aaron Eckhart. It's a picture without many stars outside of Olga Kurylenko, and while she's certainly attractive, she's hardly a big star. The film is directed by Philipp Stölzl, a German director known for "North Face," "Young Goethe in Love" and music videos by Garbage, Evanescence and Rammstein.

On paper, the idea of another visit to a "re-imagined" world of Peter Pan kind of bores us to death, but this casting is actually pretty amazing.

Breakout movie roles don't come as memorable -- or repulsive -- as Aaron Eckhart's slimy performance as Chad in Neil LaBute's "In The Company Of Men." It was a wickedly dark turn in a movie that itself was blackly hilarious that lead to two more collaborations between the writer/director: the excellent "Your Friends & Neighbors" and the far less successful "Possession." And then the two parted ways. Eckhart went on to become one of the top leading men and character actors in Hollywood, while LaBute fell into a bit of spiral directing a string of bad movies including, at the bottom of the barrel, "The Wicker Man" and "Lakeview Terrace." But almost a decade since they last worked together, it looks like the duo are ready to pick up again.
