Stephen Colbert & More Voice 'Mr. Peabody & Sherman'; Legendary Debbie Reynolds Goes 'Behind The Candelabra' & Ian McShane Has 'Cuban Fury'

DreamWorks' animated feature "Mr. Peabody & Sherman," based on the popular cartoon series, has announced more names for its voice cast with Stephen Colbert, Allison Janney, Ellie Kemper, Ariel Winter and Stephen Tobolowsky all joining Ty Burrell and Max Charles, who'll voice the titular characters respectively. Colbert plays Mr. Peabody's nemesis, Paul Peterson; Janney as his wife, Paula; and Winter their daughter. A November 8, 2013 release has also been set for theRob Minkoff ("The Lion King") film.

The Russian master's play, written over 100 years ago, still forms the basis for countless new stage iterations -- both professional and amateur -- inspired a ballet and an opera, but oddly enough, has never had a splashy big-screen version. Winning an Oscar Sunday night for Best Adapted Screenplay, for an acclaimed film directed by Alexander Payne and starring ultimate modern movie star George Clooney, probably sounds a lot better in meetings than being the two guys who play outrageous character parts on shows like “Community” and “Party Down.” As much as we appreciate Jim Rash’s role as Dean Pelton, along with his frequently hilarious writing partner Nat Faxon’s appearance in Broken Lizard comedies, something about being fresh off an Oscar win for adapting “The Descendants” for the big screen has done wonders for both gentlemen’s careers.

Well, we've taken a look at the leading men, now it's time to look at the actresses who have also fallen outside of the Academy Award radar. While there is no Gary Oldman-esque story of recognition this year at the Oscars for the ladies, these five names will hopefully be a reminder that there are more women out there other than Meryl Streep who deserve to put that funny gold statue on their mantle.
