The thoroughly complete hoodwinking that Noah Baumbach pulled with his shot-on-the-sly Greta Gerwig vehicle, “Frances Ha,” has meant a celebration of the director’s rejuvenated style, and an even more fierce inquiry into what he’s hiding next. Apart from his color companion piece to “Frances Ha,” there’s the long-gestating Ben Stiller comedy “While We’re Young," which recently snagged Adam Driver and Naomi Watts for its cast, and now, it appears, will add one more.
