Interstellar
Entertainment Weekly has dropped their massive Fall Preview issue, and most of the A material therein is not yet online. But when there's a movie as big as Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" profiled within, new images from the movie exclusive to the mag have landed online.

Repentant Mike Epps
From Marlon Wayans to Eddie Murphy to Nick Cannon, it seems every six months or so a new name surfaces as the potential lead for the forever developing Richard Pryor biopic. And with Lee Daniels now attached to direct, another contender is now in the pole position for the job —Mike Epps, who recently aced a screen test.

Interstellar, trailer 3
“Mankind was born on Earth. It was never meant to die here.” That’s the tagline for Warner Bros.’/Paramount’s upcoming fall blockbuster, Christopher Nolan's “Interstellar." Those words could be modified for the fans-travaganza in San Diego last weekend: “Christopher Nolan was born on Earth. He was never meant to go to Comic-Con.” The notoriously secretive filmmaker had never been to the preeminent sci-fi and fantasy convention in his entire career, despite having made his 'Batman' trilogy, a series made for the Comic-Con crowd. Yet Paramount Pictures took over Hall H on Thursday, and quite unexpectedly, Nolan was in attendance with his "Interstellar" lead Matthew McConaughey (read our report here). Of course, he unveiled the latest trailer at the Con, which has now hit the Internet today.

Jenny Lewis Just One Of The Guys Anne Hathaway
It has been six years since Jenny Lewis' previous solo album, Acid Tongue, but she's been busy. In the interim, she dropped the collaborative I'm Having Fun Now under Jenny & Jonny, and she also did film work, scoring and writing songs for the indie flicks "Very Good Girls" and "Song One." And so, she gets set to launch her new album Voyager later this month, the former actress has called in a few Hollywood favors.

Review: 'Don Peyote' Starring & Co-Directed By Dan Fogler Is A Bust

Don Peyote
I’ll say this for Dan Fogler’s “Don Peyote”: its title might be the finest play on “Quixote” in cinema history. (Sorry, 2007’s “Donkey Xote.”) Unfortunately, a pun-tastic title does not guarantee a winning film, as the makers of “R.I.P.D.” can attest. As star, co-writer, and co-director of “Don Peyote,” Fogler deserves credit for the sheer ambition involved in this oddball story of a stoner’s awakening.

Rio 2
These days, the potential for animated films is seemingly limitless. In the past few months, we've seen Disney's boldly contemporary fairy tale "Frozen" deservedly become the highest grossing animated movie of all time, while Hayao Miyazaki was able to delicately frame the story of a man who made war machines as a love letter to artistic pursuit with "The Wind Rises," and "The Lego Movie" transcended its commercial base to become a dazzlingly funny and heartfelt movie about the true power of imagination. So it's such a shame, then, that a movie like Blue Sky Studios' "Rio 2" comes along – a visually stunning, wholly empty experience that fails to conjure any emotion stronger than an impassive shrug.

At one time slated to star Tina Fey before it stalled out ... and revived again last fall with Robert De Niro and Reese Witherspoon only to wind up losing the actress a couple of months later, it has been a bumpy ride for Nancy Meyers' "The Intern." But it seems every time a door closes, a bigger one opens.

Song One
In two different parts of the world, two estranged siblings go on with their lives. The brother is a passionate busker and would-be pro musician spending time singing his heart out in New York subways. The elder sister is in Africa, researching nomadic tribes in Morocco for her PhD. But one fateful night, a critical error in judgment will reunites them: Henry (Ben Rosenfeld from “Boardwalk Empire”) is in a coma after an accident and following an emergency call from his mother (Mary Steenburgen), Frannie (Anne Hathaway) drops everything to be by his side.

Don Peyote Anne Hathaway
Well, we'll give co-writer/director Dan Fogler credit for this: he certainly knows how to work a Rolodex. Ordinarily, we probably wouldn't pay a movie titled "Don Peyote" much mind, but when it manages to rope in a rather oddball assortment of people for cameo roles, well, we gave more time out of day than we otherwise would have.

Interstellar trailer
So, is Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" gearing up to be the biggest blockbuster about agriculture ever? That's certainly the last word on it, as the always secrecy prone filmmaker hasn't let any details yet slip out about his movie.
