Bruce Willis The Prince
The cinematic bromance between Bruce Willis and Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson continues, with the pair buddying up for cheapie action flicks made in places where there are generous tax credits (it would seem that Fiddy is a savvy producer). And after two movies you already forgot about — "Setup" and "Fire With Fire" — the pair are back with "The Prince." And it's basically a remake of "Taken."

Malefiftycent
Geez, has it really been a decade since Get Rich Or Die Tryin'? Huh, looks like we're getting old. At any rate Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson has a new album out called Animal Ambition and you don't get rich or die tryin' without some major promo steez. And thankfully, Disney provided the perfect opportunity for Fiddy to riff on.

Afternoon Delight
Anytime Johnny Depp is making a movie that doesn't require feathers or gaudy makeup we're interested, and thus "Black Mass" has our full attention. And the cast for Scott Cooper's film just keeps getting better and better.

After working with Nicolas Winding Refn, Ridley Scott, Zack Snyder, Steven Soderbergh and hell, even Madonna, you would think that plenty of doors are already open for Oscar Isaac. Well, we're sure teaming with the Coen Brothers for "Inside Llewyn Davis" (and knocking it out of the park) kicked down a few more.

Review: 'Escape Plan' Starring Sylvester Stallone And Arnold Schwarzenegger

Escape Plan
If this were 1988, the world would stop for “Escape Plan,” which finally pairs Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger as above-the-title talents. The duo haven’t been able to keep themselves from looking backwards in recent films: both seem in denial of their advanced ages, with Schwarzenegger taking on roles fit for someone two decades younger, and Stallone content to play his greatest hits, sometimes in duet form with the “Expendables” movies. Appropriately, “Escape Plan” also doesn’t feel as if it’s made for this era, but amusingly seems like a relic of the early aughts, when Stallone was fronting dubious direct-to-video schlock, Schwarzenegger was a declining attraction, and getting 50 Cent in a supporting role seemed like a major coup.

Seeing as how both their solo movies (“The Last Stand,” “Bullet to the Head”) fizzled at the box office earlier this year, it’s only natural that Stallone and Schwarzenegger would try to team up for an action movie. They've done just that in the upcoming “Escape Plan” and it’s the action pairing we always wanted… 25 years ago. Even so, maybe putting them together when they’re pushing 70 could actually be fun? It can be our generation’s “Grumpy Old Men,” but set in prison and with much more violence. How fitting. Still, the question remains, can a Stallone-Schwarzenegger pairing be enough to get the audiences’ butts in the seats or will they only find success in the action hero ensemble 'Expendables' franchise? Perhaps a few more clips from “Escape Plan” can help people decide.

Review: 'How To Make Money Selling Drugs' Preaches To The Converted

Under certain circumstances, selling drugs to earn a living becomes a choice for many. Humans are nothing if not survivors, eking out a living by any means necessary to put food on the table, pay bills, and stay afloat. Beyond teaching viewers the correct way to pronounce sheeeeit, "The Wire" gracefully portrayed the lack of options for many people, proving the drug game isn't everything, it's the only thing. But what if we could actually choose what we want to do with our lives, and the moral quandary wasn't an issue? Just like Sonny told the "The Godfather," "There's a lot of money in that white powder."

Perhaps more evidence that Jimmy Kimmel is the right guy to host the Oscars? Anyway, it's more to add to the things that would've made the Oscar telecast bearable, following the much better James Bond montage earlier today and "We Saw Your Junk," the parody song answer to "We Saw Your Boobs."  While Kimmel already dropped his comical "Movie: The Movie 2V" it seems he had one more satirical jab at the movies up his sleeve.
