Inherent Vice
When asked about a year ago about his participation in Paul Thomas Anderson's "Inherent Vice," Josh Brolin called it "great" and "absolute fucking chaos." More recently, the actor stated that a piece of frozen fruit has a major role. Now Brolin is serving up even more choice quotes about what is sounding like an increasingly awesome, absolutely bonkers movie.

Tarantino, hateful eight
So what's the deal with Quentin Tarantino's "The Hateful Eight"? After initially scrapping the project after the script leaked, Tarantino did a complete 180, staging a live read and then last month the first poster dropped, promising a roadshow release of the movie in 2015. And now, the movie, which has yet to have a single frame shot (as far as we know), has a teaser trailer coming. Really.

Sin City: A Dame To Kill For
It has been nine years since Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller's "Sin City," and "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" looks to be bringing more sex, more violence and above all more of a noir aesthetic common to the first film. The good news is that Rodriguez really hopes that if another sequel is green-lit, it will come along much more quickly.

Sin City A Dame To Kill For
Among the big high-profile comic book sequels of the year ("Captain America," "The Amazing Spider-Man" et al.), there's one that's been a little more under the radar: "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For," Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller's sequel to their 2005 green-screen noir. But the marketing campaign is starting to gear up in a big way, with the film's release only a couple of months away, and hot on the heels of that 'controversial' poster (emphasis on the quotation marks, Mr. Weinstein), a new trailer has just landed for the movie.

But does that mean that for now, Thanos is going to continue to be a bit player in the Marvel universe? New details have emerged providing a bit more detail, and if the headline wasn't obvious enough, there will be spoilers.

Josh Brolin, Thanos In 'Guardians Of The Galaxy
The crime thriller “Sicario” is sounding better and better every day. It’s already being directed by Denis Villeneuve, the filmmaker behind “Prisoners” and “Enemy,” and it stars Emily Blunt and Benicio Del Toro. If that's not enough, celebrated director of photography Roger Deakins, who shot “Prisoners” (so underrated), has confirmed he’ll be the DP on this picture as well.

Sin City: A Dame To Kill For
