The latest issue of Vanity Fair is about to hit stands, and inside the pages of the magazine is a presumably long and exhaustingly good oral history of Quentin Tarantino's seminal '90s work, "Pulp Fiction." Online, Vanity Fair has published what one assumes is a truncated version of said oral history, but man, it's still damn good.

"Imogene" finds Kristen Wiig in victory lap mode, and that suits her just fine. Perhaps the most likable comedic actress to come down the pike since Diane Keaton threw on a Civil War-era vest and floppy hat, Wiig finds herself, post-"Bridesmaids," in rarified company. She is a beloved, in-demand actress and comedienne, and a star who has something Kristen Stewart and Angelina Jolie would maim for: likability.

Anton Corbijn transitioned from music video directing/rock-photography to feature filmmaking fairly late in his career. First up, he combined his love of music and pictures with a biopic of Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis that made a star of Sam Riley and followed that up with an adaptation of Martin Booth's novel "A Very Private Gentleman," which he turned into the existential hitman drama "The American" starring George Clooney. Corbijn Is now putting together the pieces for what could be his last hurrah, an adaptation of "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" author John le Carre's spy-thriller "A Most Wanted Man."

Slowly coming together over the last 10 months or so, it looks like the Elmore Leonard adaptation, "Freaky Dreaky," is finally moving full steam ahead. The project first started picking up steam during TIFF last year when William H. Macy signed to the film. A number of names then followed, rumored to be circling the project, but not until now has the full crew for the twisty crime tale been assembled.

Matt Dillon No Longer AttachedBeing cast as the lead in Sofia Coppola's "Somewhere" didn't immediately seem to give Stephen Dorff the big career boost that he might have hoped, mainly due to the film being a hollow, tedious experience. But the actor, who for some time had languished in DTV hell, is certainly on the up, with roles in Tarsem's "Immortals" and the Emile Hirsch indie "The Motel Life" on the way, and it seems to have legitimized the actor as a leading man in the independent world again.

Blowjobs: the new being-the-author-of-"In Cold Blood." Last time we had two dueling biographical accounts of a figure's life, we had the two Truman Capote pictures, "Capote" and "Infamous." This time, the subject is Linda Lovelace, the tragic star of the most successful pornographic film of all time, "Deep Throat," who then went on to become an outspoken anti-porn activist. Lovelace was the subject of the 2005 documentary, "Inside Deep Throat," but now a pair of biopics are in the works, with some relatively big names attracted.
