When "Ironclad" was first announced, it featured an intriguing cast attached with Paul Giamatti, James Purefoy, Bob Hoskins, Robert Carlyle, Pete Postlethwaite, Richard Attenborough, William Moseley, Colm Meaney and Angus McFayden. But as these things go, as development got underway casting shifted for a variety of reasons and it now arrives with Giamatti and Purefoy still aboard with Brian Cox, Derek Jacobi, Kate Mara, Jason Flemyng, Jamie Foreman and new guy Aneurin Barnard. And now the first trailer debuted by HeyUGuys has laned and....we're not so impressed.

Tom McCarthy, the director behind the tender and lovely "The Station Agent" and the heart-wrenching "The Visitor," is one of our faves and with his third effort "Win Win" on the way it appears the helmer has once again delivered another strong pic about outsiders finding their way.

Much speculation has surrounded Todd Phillip's highly anticipated sequel to "The Hangover" but other than some casting news, a few set photos and the recent revelation that Bill Clinton isn't making a cameo in the film, the project has managed to remain relatively secretive. Speaking with MTV at the Sundance Film Festival, though, actor Paul Giamatti -- one of few additions to the sequel -- has provided a little color to the bare details that are already out there.

Last week, a minor brouhaha erupted when the Alfama Films website posted some info about David Cronenberg's gestating "Cosmpolis," revealing that Marion Cotillard was no longer involved in the film (later confirmed to us by her reps) and that Keira Knightley appeared to have taken over in her role (that info has since been removed). Also, curiously missing from the cast list was Paul Giamatti who was in talks late last year for a role in the film. Well, it looks like the actor is still set to join the project.

As you may have heard, the Sundance Film Festival is in full swing and buzz is already starting to swell for a few films. One of those films is Tom McCarthy’s “Win Win.” McCarthy is no stranger to Sundance, his films “The Station Agent” and “The Visitor” both received their debuts at the fest before going on to win awards and critical acclaim. They also featured breakout leading performances from perpetual supporting players Peter Dinklage and Richard Jenkins. McCarthy is also a skilled actor himself, who you might remember from “Michael Clayton”, “Meet The Parents” and HBO’s “The Wire.” He’s also got a story credit on the Pixar flim “Up,” so he probably made you cry at some point and you didn’t even realize it.

'The Fighter' Wins Two Awards Including Best Supporting Actor and Actress"The Social Network," as expected, won big at tonight's Golden Globes taking home Best Picture, Best Score, Best Screenplay and Best Director, putting it at the front of the pack for next month's Oscars. And while the ceremony was a bit of a snore, there were some very pleasant surprises. "The Kids Are All Right" earned a Best Actress win for Annette Bening and rightfully won over the thoroughly tepid pack that made up the Best Motion Picture (Comedy Or Musical) category. Susanne Bier's "In A Better World" truly shocked with a big Best Foreign Language Film win, while Paul Giamatti beat Johnny Depp twice over in the Best Actor (Comedy Or Musical) category. But just to prove payola still works, "Burlesque" took home a statue for Best Original Song. Finally, Robert De Niro took home the Cecil B. DeMille award for lifetime achievement.

We have to admit, our first words upon hearing this were: "What the shit?" Haters gonna hate, but like it or not, Robert Pattinson is in a position to get things green lit, as he is taking over for Colin Farrell in David Cronenberg's "Cosmopolis."
