GoldenEye Pierce Brosnan
If it was a surprise to Pierce Brosnan to realize he was 60, it's certainly a shock to the rest of us as well. Brosnan recently said:“The next morning all the birthday cards were there and there was one in the middle that said 60. Just that number alone…”

Captain America: The Winter Soldier
As if the cast of John Hillcoat's "Triple Nine" wasn't awesome enough with Casey Affleck, Woody Harrelson, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Winslet, Aaron Paul, Michael Pena, Teresa Palmer and Gal Gadot already on board, well it just got even better.

A Long Way Down
Oh dear. [D]. Sort of tempted to leave the review at that, to be honest, but what would the internet do with all of that white space? So here is a bunch more words about it, and no matter how haphazardly they’re arranged we can take some comfort in the fact that it’s with seemingly more care than went into a certain screenplay.

With his turn as a Marvel supervillain in “X-Men: Days of Futures Past” in the can, “Game of Thrones” star Peter Dinklage has found a new project. The actor is set to star in an R-rated comedy about a man who tells people he’s a real leprechaun. In the vein of “Bad Santa,” the untitled comedy will be penned by Andrew Dodge, who wrote Jason Bateman’s less than stellar directorial debut “Bad Words.” Based on the premise, the Dinklage comedy looks to be a better bet.

While James McTeigue for a moment seemed like the next great blockbuster hopeful following "V For Vendetta," the diminishing returns of "Ninja Assassin" and "The Raven" have found him directing his leanest movie yet. Milla Jovovich, Pierce Brosnan, Emma Thompson and Angela Bassett will star in "Survivor," a thriller that'll shoot in January.

The $1 billion worldwide box office, awards nominations, and widespread critical acclaim -- Sam Mendes is having none of it following the aftermath of “Skyfall,” and his announced departure from the series. Even as Bond producer Barbara Broccoli has essentially put out a Maya-esque manhunt to convince him otherwise, Mendes is keeping strong so far, and now he's revealed a key aspect in that decision.

What’s up with those crazy Danish filmmakers and their compulsion to pile it on? The latest from Oscar-winning filmmaker Susanne Bier (“In A Better World”) is like watching a long game of Jenga. As every sub plot, reveal and character… err, caricature that is, gets stacked on top of each other, the more inevitable it is that the whole thing will come tumbling down. And while “Love is All You Need” is by no means a disaster, it simply can’t support all that weight.
