Having delivered a slew of scene-stealing performances since "Swingers" (our personal favorite: Charlie Kaufman's obscene agent in "Adaptation"), the actor has been a near-constant presence on screens big and small, but somehow never made the step-up to Paul Rudd-style leading roles, despite being the lynchpin of the cult comedy "Office Space." Hell, even Nikki Finke seems to like him, and she hates everything.
