"... we laughed until we ached. Then we laughed some more," Drew Taylor wrote in his review of "Neighbors" out of SXSW last month, and the buzz certainly is building about the summer comedy. And just a few days after a couple of red band trailers dropped for the movie, the first clip is here.

While Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are the two promoted stars of "Neighbors," and get the bulk of the screentime in this new, lengthy red band trailer for the comedy, by all accounts it's the perpetually underrated Rose Byrne who walks away with the biggest laughs. In our review of the movie out of SXSW, our own Drew Taylor noted, "she nearly steals the entire movie, and certainly gets the surprise comedy MVP award." And it's good thing the rest of the movie looks like a lot of fun too.

It was thanks to SXSW that "Bridesmaids" built some early buzz in 2011 before landing in theaters, becoming a runaway hit and an Oscar nominee, and Universal is hoping the same will happen this year with "Neighbors." The studio brought their upcoming comedy to Austin last weekend, and by all accounts, you'll bust a serious gut. Our own review stated, "we laughed until we ached. Then we laughed some more" and two clips have dropped to give you a taste of what's coming.

The last time Universal screened one of their big summer comedies at South by Southwest, it turned out to be "Bridesmaids"—a movie that not only proved to be a massive financial success (and a breakthrough for its cowriter/star Kristin Wiig) but a critical one as well, even earning an Academy Award nomination for its screenplay. So a fair amount of anticipation greeted tonight's "work-in-progress" (although look, it seems totally finished) screening of the new Seth Rogen/Zac Efron comedy "Neighbors." And while "Neighbors" doesn't come close to capturing "Bridesmaids'" emotional honesty, it could have a chance of one-upping that film in the box office. Simply put, "Neighbors" is one of the funniest, most visually inventive studio comedies in recent memory.

What happens when one grown man and another slightly grown man can't along when they live next door to each other? Hijinks, and lots of it, if this new trailer for "Neighbors" is anything to go by.

Olga Kurylenko has joined the period drama that will find Crowe playing Connor, a father and farmer who searches for his sons who went missing-in-action in Turkey following the Gallipoli war.

Insidious 2
No fewer than three times during “Insidious: Chapter 2,” the sequel to James Wan’s hit 2010 horror entry, its central clan of haunted suburbanites seems to address the audience directly. “It’s still happening!” they exclaim to one another, and it’s true – objects rattle and familiar apparitions re-emerge regularly. But these winking outbursts bring up a self-aware question that the film believes it will answer, then proceeds to spectacularly mishandle: Why, besides a stellar opening weekend, does this extended narrative exist?

Zac Efron, Neighbors
Well here's a twist on two actors subverting their stereotypes. On the one hand, there's former Disney boy toy Zac Efron and on the other is pot connoisseur and slacker specialist Seth Rogen. So in the upcoming "Neighbors," guess which one is playing the frat boy?
