"... we laughed until we ached. Then we laughed some more," Drew Taylor wrote in his review of "Neighbors" out of SXSW last month, and the buzz certainly is building about the summer comedy. And just a few days after a couple of red band trailers dropped for the movie, the first clip is here.

While Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are the two promoted stars of "Neighbors," and get the bulk of the screentime in this new, lengthy red band trailer for the comedy, by all accounts it's the perpetually underrated Rose Byrne who walks away with the biggest laughs. In our review of the movie out of SXSW, our own Drew Taylor noted, "she nearly steals the entire movie, and certainly gets the surprise comedy MVP award." And it's good thing the rest of the movie looks like a lot of fun too.

James Franco & Seth Rogen Troll Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Again By Recreating Their Vogue Cover

James Franco & Seth Rogen Vogue
Creative inspiration comes in many forms, but lately for forever pals Seth Rogen and James Franco, the publicity machine of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian has spurred a little wicked stream in them. First was their hilarious shot-for-shot redo of West's video "Bound 2," entitled "Bound 3 (Vague)," and now they've poked fun at Kimye once again. Read More »

Seth Rogen & Patton Oswalt Spoof 'True Detective' In New Viral Clips
The barbaric slaughterhouse we call life means "True Detective" is no more – at least not in the iteration that had Woody Harrelson, Mathew McConaughey and director Cary Fukunaga. That team will move on, but series creator/showrunner and main writer Nic Pizzolatto will be back. Read More »

Zac Efron, Neighbors
It was thanks to SXSW that "Bridesmaids" built some early buzz in 2011 before landing in theaters, becoming a runaway hit and an Oscar nominee, and Universal is hoping the same will happen this year with "Neighbors." The studio brought their upcoming comedy to Austin last weekend, and by all accounts, you'll bust a serious gut. Our own review stated, "we laughed until we ached. Then we laughed some more" and two clips have dropped to give you a taste of what's coming.

The last time Universal screened one of their big summer comedies at South by Southwest, it turned out to be "Bridesmaids"—a movie that not only proved to be a massive financial success (and a breakthrough for its cowriter/star Kristin Wiig) but a critical one as well, even earning an Academy Award nomination for its screenplay. So a fair amount of anticipation greeted tonight's "work-in-progress" (although look, it seems totally finished) screening of the new Seth Rogen/Zac Efron comedy "Neighbors." And while "Neighbors" doesn't come close to capturing "Bridesmaids'" emotional honesty, it could have a chance of one-upping that film in the box office. Simply put, "Neighbors" is one of the funniest, most visually inventive studio comedies in recent memory.

Watch: Seth Rogen Speaks To Congress About Alzheimer's Disease

Seth Rogen Congress
Seth Rogen took some time out from signing up for a zillion projects and generally being his usually goofy self, to head to Washington to speak to Congress about research for Alzheimer's disease. Yes, this is Rogen being serious for a moment and it's worth a watch. Read More »

Brooklyn Castle Jonathan Levine
Jonathan Levine is spending February lining up project after project. This summer, he's reteaming with his "50/50" stars Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt to shoot a Christmas comedy, he's got a TV series based on the life Nas called "Street Dreams" cooking, and he's also in the mix to direct Marvel's "Doctor Strange." (And don't forget he's also got "Bad Romance" with Channing Tatum in there as well). And yet another project has crossed Levin's desk which he'll be taking on.

Console Wars Seth Rogen Evan Goldberg
In the 1990s, an arms race kicked off in the living room between videogame makers Sega and Nintendo. From the Sega Master System to the DreamCast, from the Nintendo Entertainment System to Nintendo 64, the fight for which company could boast the best graphics and games — and move the most units — raged between them as they angled for market share. (And shed a tear for anyone who tried to elbow their way in — sorry TurboGrafx 16). And now that story is booting up to the big screen.

Jonathan Levine Seth Rogen Joseph Gordon-Levitt 50/50
If one thing has marked the majority of Jonathan Levine's films to date, it's been a desire to blend genres. From the stoner comedy/coming-of-age tale "The Wackness," to the zombie rom-com "Warm Bodies," the cancer drama/buddy laffer "50/50," Levine doesn't like to take the path already traveled. And he's reteaming with the stars from the latter film to take on the holiday season.
