10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesFirst reported as a potential co-star last month, Drew Barrymore is now confirmed to be joining Adam Sandler in an untitled comedy for Warner Bros. The pair will play Jim and Lauren, who somehow get stuck together at a resort after a blind date gone awry, with not only with each other, but with their kids from previous marriages! RUH-ROH. Frankly, it sort of sounds like a hybrid of "Just Go With It" and "Grown Ups," but America loves the Sandler formula and undoubtedly people will still flock to see the comic actor become more and more like Tim Allen. But just to ensure nothing will get fucked up, Sandler's ringer Frank Coraci (whose resume is almost entire made up of movies with the funnyman) will direct, having proven his track record with "The Wedding Singer" (okay, that one is legit) and "Click" (enough said).
Production will begin this spring, and we presume Rob Schneider and Nick Swardson are clearing their schedules....hahahaha who are we kidding, they probably had nothing planned anyway.... [Variety]

It doesn't seem like Schneider is doing Sandler movies anymore. He's not even in Grown Ups 2.

Whenever an actor is co-starring in these insipid Sandler movies, it means their career is in serious trouble. Poor Drew Barrymore.

I hate Adam Sandler but the only times I've remotely liked him is when he's paired with Drew Barrymore. He needs this.
