10 Essential Cinematic AntiheroesFirst up, FX's freaky "American Horror Story" has been renewed for a third season, with thirteen new episodes ordered up for next fall. Of course, we're still in the midst of season two, so there's no word yet on where the oddball saga will go. However, Jessica Lange will remain the constant and she is confirmed to return. As for everyone else? We'll have to wait and see what Ryan Murphy and co. have up their sleeves. The show famously shook up the cast between season one and season two, and we presume the same will happen again.
Meanwhile.....Westeros! Set your clocks, take the day off work, turn off the phone and get ready: "Game of Thrones" season 3 is now slated to hit HBO on March 31, 2013. As fans probably already know, the next batch of episodes are apparently drawn from George R.R. Martin's "A Storm Of Swords" and no doubt, they are likely already devouring the book in anticipation. About four months to go -- some kind of teaser soon? Let's hope. For now, here's the poster. [Deadline/ComingSoon]
